Power Automate and n8n for the flows between systems. Internal tools and portals where nothing off the shelf fits. API integrations, and invoice processing that stops arriving as a PDF to retype.

The process is already automated. By a person.

Somewhere in every company there is a step that exists only because two systems do not talk: a spreadsheet re-keyed every month end, an invoice read off a PDF and typed into the ledger, an approval chased by email. It works, so it never becomes a project. It also does not scale, it breaks when that person is on leave, and it is where the errors come from.

What we automate, and what we build.

Off the shelf first, integration second, custom code last. In that order, because the cheapest system to maintain is the one nobody wrote.

  • Power Automate and n8n flows between the systems you already run
  • API integrations where a supported connector does not exist
  • Invoice and document processing, extracted and posted rather than retyped
  • Approval chains that chase themselves instead of somebody chasing them
  • Internal tools and portals when nothing off the shelf fits the process
  • Scheduled reporting, sent to the people who need it without being asked
  • Error handling and alerting, so a silent failure is not possible
  • Documentation and handover, so the flow outlives whoever asked for it

How a process gets automated.

  1. We watch it run

The process as it actually happens, including the workarounds. The documented version is rarely the real one.

  2. We automate the middle

Starting with the step that is copied by hand. Usually one flow removes most of the time without touching either system.

  3. We make the failure loud

Every flow alerts when it breaks. An automation nobody knows has stopped is worse than the manual step it replaced.

A project first, then project hours.

The first build is a project, scoped against the process and quoted before it starts. After that, changes and new flows come out of the project hours in your plan: four a quarter on Pro, eight a month on Premium, unlimited on CarpaCare. That is usually the right shape, because automation work arrives in small pieces rather than in one go.

Projects, migrations and build work are quoted separately and covered by the same SLA.

The rest of this group.

The other three in this group. None of them works well until the foundations underneath can carry it, which is the order we build in.
