Microsoft 365 deployed properly and migrated without a lost weekend. Azure infrastructure and backup behind it. Intune, Teams and SharePoint set up so people can find things.

The licence is not the deployment.

You are probably already paying for most of this. Microsoft 365 licences usually arrive switched half off: files live in three places, Teams has grown its own filing system, and nobody has touched the device policies since the tenant was created. Deployment is mostly turning on what you already pay for, in an order that does not break the working day.

What the move involves.

Planned around your working week, so the cutover happens when the fewest people are trying to use the thing being moved.

  • Tenant design: domains, identity, naming and licence assignment
  • Mail, files and calendar migrated with a tested rollback at every stage
  • SharePoint and Teams structured so people can find a document twice
  • Intune device enrolment, with policy, encryption and app deployment
  • Azure infrastructure for anything that cannot move to the cloud whole
  • Conditional access and multi-factor authentication switched on tenant-wide
  • Backup for Microsoft 365, which Microsoft does not provide for you
  • Handover documentation, so the next person does not start from zero

How a migration runs.

  1. We map the estate

Where the files are, who owns what, and which of it is still used. The list of what does not move is usually the useful one.

  2. We move in stages

Pilot group first, then the rest by department. Nothing is deleted from the old place until the new place has been used for a week.

  3. We tidy up after

Permissions, retention and device policy set the way you actually work, not the way the wizard defaults.

Covered from Pro upward.

Base carries basic Microsoft 365 administration. Full administration, Azure identity, SharePoint and Teams management start at Pro, and Premium adds the cloud infrastructure, firewall and VPN work behind them. The migration itself is a project, scoped and quoted once we have seen the estate.

Projects, migrations and build work are quoted separately and covered by the same SLA.

The rest of this group.

The other three every client starts with. Most people take all four, because none of them stands up well on its own.
