Structured cabling and Wi-Fi that reaches the far corner. Meeting room AV that starts on time. Access control and CCTV. Office moves and fit-outs run to a date.

The cable is the part nobody plans.

A fit-out plan usually has a date for the furniture and a date for the handover, and somewhere between them the assumption that the network will simply be there. It will not. Cabinets need power and cooling, access points need positions decided before the ceiling closes, and the boardroom AV needs the same sign-in as everything else. Planned early this is cheap. Retrofitted it is not.

What we put in the building.

Specified against the floor plan and the headcount, then labelled and documented so the next person can find it.

  • Structured cabling, terminated, tested and labelled to a standard
  • Comms cabinets with power, cooling and room to grow
  • Wi-Fi designed from the floor plan, then surveyed once it is live
  • Switching and firewalls sized for the headcount, not for today
  • Meeting room AV that joins a call without somebody fetching an adapter
  • Access control and CCTV, with the retention your insurer expects
  • Office moves and fit-outs planned against the handover date
  • As-built documentation, so nobody traces a cable by hand again

How a fit-out runs.

  1. We plan against the floor plan

Cabinet position, containment routes and access point locations, agreed before anyone closes a ceiling.

  2. We install and test

Every outlet terminated, tested and labelled. The test results are part of the handover, not an extra.

  3. We hand over documented

Cabinet photographs, port maps and device inventory. The move is finished when somebody else could take it over.

Quoted as a project. Supported by the plan.

Cabling, Wi-Fi, AV and access control are installed as a project and quoted against the floor plan and the headcount. Once it is in, the network and the devices on it are supported under your CarpaCare plan like everything else, monitored on the same screen and patched on the same schedule.

Projects, migrations and build work are quoted separately and covered by the same SLA.

The rest of this group.

The other three in this group. They matter once downtime, waste or a quiet website start costing more than the fix would.
